EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY:

-CANCELATIONS AND CHANGES IN THE ORDER MUST BE COMMUNICATED WITH IN 2 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER. CHANGES IN ORDERS NEED TO BE ADDRESSED TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM (info@somari.shop).

-EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE FOR ANOTHER ITEM/S, AND ALWAYS THE OPTION TO RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BELOW TERMS.

-EXCHANGES ARE ONLY GRANTED WHEN RETURN POSTMARK IS NO MORE THAN 15 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED.

-TO EXCHANGE SIMPLY SEND BACK THE ITEM/S WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER THE ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED.

- IF THERE IS A SYSTEM GLITCH ON A OVERSOLD ITEM (OUT OF STOCK) WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND THROUGH YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.

-WHEN THE RETURNED ITEM IS RECEIVED, THE NEW ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED 

  • MERCHANDISE MUST HAVE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED, BE UNWASHED, UNWORN, AND WITHOUT DAMAGES

  • RETURN SHIPPING LABELS ARE NOT PROVIDED, EXCEPT DEFECTIVE ITEM/S.

  • IF ORIGINAL ORDER RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING, A SHIPPING CHARGE WILL BE INCURRED ON THE EXCHANGED ITEMS AND THE INVOICE WILL BE SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL PRIOR TO SHIPMENT FROM OUR LOCATION (EXCLUDING THOSE WHO PAID FOR SHIPPING)
